This was the perfect day to be a wedding photographer, for a perfectly planned day in Leamington Spa. J&J chose the Riverside Glasshouse for their wedding reception, this followed their ceremony which they held at the Royal Pump Rooms. Both venues were the perfect size for their 70 guests, and this also meant their guests were treated to a short walk through the Jephson Gardens. They hosted their wedding reception and partied with their friends for the remainder of the day. It also gave the newlyweds a moment to themselves as they chose to do some wedding portraits at the Royal Pump Rooms before they enjoyed a slow walk through the park in their newlywed bubble before arriving to the Riverside Glasshouse to mingle with their guests.
J&J’s wedding was such a relaxed day where they truly got to celebrate with their nearest and dearest. J&J’s friends and family all got chance to show off their competitive side as they introduced a new game, Molkky, I hadn’t played this before so also listened to the briefing of the rules. This was the perfect game in the afternoon sun on the front lawn of the Glasshouse. They even drew up a score board so the guests would be able to refer back to being the Molkky wedding winner and celebrate their title.
The colour scheme for the day was bright, and reflected J&J’s personalities perfectly. I loved how the colour scheme was tied in throughout all the details of the day, this was included in their wedding stationary, the flowers, bridesmaids dresses, confetti, and favours.
