Hedsor House is a stunning wedding venue, set in 100 acres of countryside this is a Georgian Country home in Buckinghamshire, just 40 minutes from London. This Hedsor House wedding for L&J was the perfect day for L&J, the weather was what every bride and groom dream of waking up to on their wedding day, showing off Hedsor House in all of the Summer glory.
We started off the day in the beautiful bridal suite, which is plenty big enough for your whole bridal party, it’s bright and looks out over the entrance of Hedsor House so you can take a sneak peak of your guests arriving for the day. The groom and his party getting ready down the hallway.
Order of the day
L&J chose the option of getting sealing the deal at the onsite church just a short walk or drive through the grounds. Hedsor House offers you the option of keeping everything in one place and having your ceremony within the country home, or having a change of scene and saying your vows at the church.
Hedsor House welcomes your guests out onto the terrace for reception drinks, which the weather on this August Summer day was perfect for, later in the day this area also delivered a beautiful view of the sunset and made the perfect time for some glowing portraits. The wedding breakfast room was full of personal touches that L&J had chosen and perfectly laid out by the staff, this room became full of laughter and emotion when we reached the speeches, before the guests made their way out onto the dance floor and surprised their guests with a bongo drum player.
